Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of the day they arrive.

Skin Restore Butter and Fade & Glow Oil touch skin and hair. For hygiene, we cannot take back an opened jar or bottle unless we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged.

Email photos to hello@alumae.co.uk within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it, including the delivery fee for that order.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after we receive the parcel. You cover return postage unless the mistake was ours. Delivery timing lives on the delivery page.
